My husband arrived late in the evening after 12 hours drive in Alencon. I was worried that all the restaurants had finished serving, but we found Le Hussard. The food was fantastic, the wine exquisite, and the owner could not have been more friendly. He even let us bring our dog. He has been living in New York for 25 years, so he speaks perfect English that facilitates the evening as we both suffer from travel fatigue. We now intend to make Alencon our regular stop to Calais so that we can return to Le Hussard.
I lived in Alencon for 7 months and that was one of my favorite regular restaurants to visit. A wide selection of Moroccan and French dishes for a good price and the owner is very friendly and friendly. A relaxed atmosphere with well prepared and tasty dishes. Miss it! I love French food, but the pommes that came with food in most restaurants were appalling, so I was glad that this restaurant was really fat, delicious chips!

Do not usually go to restaurants that are empty, but it is filled as we ate. If you like Moroccan Tagin food for a change, then you will enjoy this and for not much money.
Hotel bien situé, cependant les chambres pas isolés, pas de chauffage pas d'eau chaude et petit déjeuner, franchement, pas terrible... Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

Super chocolat chaud fais avec amour avec des touches de chocolat au dessus j’y retournerais bien à mon prochain passage sur Alençon des gros bisous
