We came up with high expectations, but we got a cold shower right away. The waiter didn't seem happy to see us at all, we barely got a greeting. We said that we had reserved, but then suddenly, other clients arrived, and apparently, people who stayed at the hotel, unlike us, he left us on the left and he took care of the other couple, but it was good without the food. We'd expected a lot more and our dessert went somewhere else to eat. The frame is beautiful, a green oasis in town, and the place has a lot of potential, but there's still work to do. We're disappointed and we won't recommend this place.
Vero nice restaurant in a castle located in the center of Saint-Maxime. Interesting menù, good prices considering the location but service a little too slow and with some flaws: bread never brought to the table and the same for the ordered dessert. Due to this last issue we were not charged for the drinks, good compromise for what happened. Anyway restaurant to try if in the nearby.
Très bel endroit a découvrir nous y sommes allé pour le jour de la saint valentin. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant et le cadre est magnifique. Nous nous sommes régalé tout au long du repas. Si vous rechercher un bon restaurant dans un endroit chaleureux je vous le conseille vivement . Vous ne serez pas déçu.

We have dinner with family in this beautiful setting. the dishes are copied, very good and nicely presented. the staff is professional and listen. We'll go back there without hesitation.
Manoir ayant appartenu à la famille Gaumont. Juste pour le lieu chargé d'histoire, le déplacement vaut la peine ! Dommage que mon ma sole en brochette fut hyper sèche.
Average food and very slow service. Fish was delicious but vegetables poorly prepared. Overpriced for the “menu “. Dessert tasted like it was from a grocery store .
