The cook makes good cooking and manu, even if I don't often come this reminder of my name, there's 2 place where I like going to stop at manu and Brasserie on the garden, where the boss is just as friendly. Thanks to you manu, for this very nice little menu, and thanks to the cook at theirs to ask what they do as a dish or desserts come to eat there yourself instead of debiting me questions to the Cons!
A great place that does justice to the name it bears. A warm atmosphere that invites you to chill or party. A bar with the eponym of the great humanist, native of Castres, who would surely have appreciated leaning on the zinc of his counter to make the world a better place. Even today it is in the top five of the great ones having given their name to streets, squares, dead ends or squares.... and to numerous bars and restaurants! Note here that a beautiful statue of Jean Jaurès sits eloquently on the counter so as not to forget...History, with a capital H.

we came to play with my band in the framework of a concert organized in this bar. We were great welcomed, the atmosphere was super nice and the staff really great!
