Outrageously bad Cheese Fondue. While the Raclette of the other 4 was reasonable, our Fondue was an insult! The 51 most wasted Euros of these holidays (2p !! It was not heated and mixed properly and tasted only like flour. It had two phases one very thick (tasteless cheese layer on the bottom and a pure water+flour soup on top. When we asked to mix it better and mentioned perhaps it just needed more heating, they shrugged their shoulders and took the pot, just to bring it back the same after 15min. Exceptionally slow service and substandard food. Unfortunately we had a poor experience with this restaurant. 35 minutes waiting to have a drinks order taken. 1-hour and 20 minutes until the main course arrived. Had to collect our own water from the bar. The few staff on duty seemed exceptionally busy. When the food arrived, some of the chips were frozen, steak was exceptionally thin and overcooked. Another one of the group ordered a mixed grill which was also extremely overcooked and was made up of what could best be described as a chicken tender. The spare ribs were either old or had been microwaved to the point of becoming rock hard. We waited an additional 30 minutes to request the bill...
We dined here as a large group of 18 as part of our half board arrangements for the holiday. Emilie was very good at looking after us and careful with the allergens that some of our party needed to avoid. The food is plentiful and generally very good. There was a lot of cheese raclette, fondue and tartiflette but you could ask for an alternative to any of the standard meals. Breakfast was a continental buffet which was very enjoyable and always had plenty on offer.
Thank you to the whole team of patrick who has been hosting us professionally for a week. Thanks to isabelle for its availability and dynamism, bravo to chichi for its stress management from the very first days. Think about being more constant in the breakfast services (the scrambled eggs: not too much svp cream and especially think about having muesli) and we will be at the stars!

spacious and able to accommodate groups up to 75 people see more and without being disturbed by their noise. very good service, reactive, professional. pretty local decorations, traditional local dishes menu, burger salads, grilled meats etc. on the other hand c is nicely copied and good. we went there twice this week of skiing and bravo to them.
we went to this restaurant in half boarding in the morning and evening with our 2 children and we ate very well. meals are varied and very copied. lunch is top with choice. We were served by chichi almost all throughout our stay, it is very professional and listening. not to mention the welcome and good mood of jason.
