Very big disappointment during our order this evening... Inflation yes but serving us pizzas with a thickness of 1 mm of dough is simply shameful!! And even though the management has the merit of responding, the justification is really questionable, if your pizzas change depending on the weather, don't you think that their price should also be modified? The dough goes through the machine several times to be rolled out, yes, but where is the rest of the dough if your quantities and the weight of your dough pieces have not changed? It is interesting to defend your business but your sense of commerce is detrimental and a commercial gesture was in order but nope... So very good pizzeria but only...
Can’t comment on the food, but felt unwanted as a customer. 1) Couldn’t order on the website. 2) Then called the place and they hung up on the phone. 3) After that I drove there and arrived at 13:15 (opening times said they were open until 13:30). The lady told me the oven is already cold and sent me away. I had the impression she was very unhappy that she had to serve a customer as she was not very friendly. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered two pizzas at 6:50, I got an hour to get them back (19:30) and I have to wait 20 minutes in front of the kiosk before I got them. It's been a long time since I was there, but I'm not going back. No hello, no thanks, no goodbye. Not even a look when I get here. It's a shame I liked that kiosk before.
