We came to dinner last night on a birthday. The view from the restaurant room is breathtaking and elegantly decorated. We took the menu in 6 acts. There is nothing to say about the quality and inventiveness of the dishes that were delicious. On the other hand, the service is not at the height of such a standing restaurant. The rank leader was pretentious, expedient and very unpleasant. This has come to cloud the damaging experience!
The landscape is out of the ordinary, and we already feel that the meal will be out of the beaten paths. We only choose the number of chapters of our future gustative adventure; We can leave the Chef with the choice of drinks (the unusual thing of beer, pear and cider nothing but normand)... Nous y sommes allé pour fêter un anniversaire. La nourriture est tout simplement excellente, digne d’un très bon restaurant gastronomique. Le concept d’utilisation de produits régionaux et d’accord des plats avec des verres de cidre de la region et vraiment bon. Ça change complètement du vin et c’est nettement moins fort. Un réel régal avec un coup de cœur pour la mousse de fromage. Je pense que ce chef mérite son étoile!
