we were on holiday in a gite in this village last week (ab juni) so a restaurant with a good tripadvisor score was a real bonus. we had arrived a very good meal at a reasonable price on Saturday, but there were only 2 decisions for beginners and main course. we wanted to eat there again against the end of the week, but the menu had hardly changed so that we decided to go to the nearby Chalons-sur-Soane. a big scandal, especially since the restaurant was quite quiet when we were there. Perhaps the restaurant would be more business if there were more choice on the menu and it was changed more frequently. the staff was friendly and helpful. we would recommend this restaurant.
le magny is exactly what we expect a restaurant in rural france served traditionally based food with good fresh ingredients and some new touches. the menu is small as expected, with sufficient variation and good value. the wine list includes burgundern, which are beautiful weine and are good value. eating was delicious and the service attentive, but not intrusive. for our lunch, this included snails, frying and even crumbs. it was a balanced and well-equipped eating. we had much worse meals in Michelin-star restaurants.
After two years of half confinement no exits or restaurant) found this establishment with a new chef.A real treat for our taste buds. everything was perfect inventive and tasteful. Congratulations to the chef so. warm welcome, quick service and applied. one desire to come back and make our friends discover. perfect sandal net and beef with very tender bites. choice of wise wine with glass. and beautiful wine in bottle. Restaurant very well held.
We were 15 years old for a birthday meal that we had chosen in advance our menu we were all satisfied that the lobster gratin was well seasoned that I enjoyed with the perfect kitchen pigeon and the poached foie gras that accompanied it super servings were correct that we knew before. Let's go back.
