Le Majestic - Tisch reservieren

The wife and I ate here last month. We arrived simultaneously with a violent thunderstorm. It was quite some sight. Surprisingly, the wife had Ravioli but I choose the local delicacy 'Saucisses aux Lentilles Vertes du Puy ' (hence 'le puy ' in the name of the town). As the rain lashed down and the heavens roared, service was pleasant and efficient while the food was excellent. To accompany the dishes, we chose their wine of the month, the name of which regretfully now eludes me; but it was lovely too. What a treasure of a restaurant, from the street it looks quaint however inside the ambiance and decor lovely. The young male waiter who served us was friendly and accommodating with the language barrier, he was a pleasure. The food was beautiful and well priced. If you are after a good quality restaurant in Le Puy that is reasonably priced, look no further...

We came here on a Friday night and to our surprise they offered a daily menu. In our home country, this kind of excellent deal is only offered at lunch time. We took the tuna for 10 euro. It was excellent. There are many other restaurants with a better location, but this one is definitely worth a try.

We wandered in off the street around 7:30 in the evening. Street side seating was available. Many choices of quiche and omelettes were available in addition to a delicious menu du jour.

We had dinner here on a very warm summer's night. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced and the service was very friendly and helpful.
