Exceptional, very good house of foie gras with salted caramel butter and melted pears. veal with organic sauce with small grilled potatoes. For ladies it's bar nets with creamy lemon sauce and steam apples. Herbs and olive oil on the rocket bed. For dessert, diplomat, brown cream and English cream. It's all home.
