How awful!!! To flee! We wanted to celebrate my husband 's birthday in this restaurant... What a disappointment! We were 30 guests. When we got back to the room we all noticed the freezing cold forced to keep the coat on. The toilets are in a deplorable state, a bath towel for the whole restaurant to dry your hands. As an aperitif we had stale crisps, foul smelling mussels... When we went to the table we were entitled to 3 starters to choose from a canteen trolley, what we do not want must be refrigerated for other customers (cold chain not respected) ham of Bayonne with small butter. Once eaten we realized that the butter had expired on 31/12/22 whereas we are on 21/01/23! We point this out...
As soon as you enter the restaurant, the smell of frying takes you by the throat and brings you home! Horrible. No heating with -3 outside very unpleasant. The service as in epadh with a stainless steel trolley the same which does the clean and the dirty .... low quality meals, the cooking of approximate meats, all blue is easier for the cook who is certainly not the job. Music more than cheesy with unrelated and badly done sequences, the sound so loud that you can't talk at the table. Sanitary hygiene to be scary, the water freezing (no wonder) a shabby bath towel thrown on the sink to dry yourself!! At the back of the restaurant, a piece of furniture with useless stuff that he doesn't know...
One star because it is unfortunately not possible not to put one. The temperature in the room does not exceed 8° in the middle of January... The sanitary facilities are dirty and the word is weak. The butter has expired for 3 weeks. The mussels have a questionable smell. The sauces have been expired since 2021...we are still in January 2023...well, I am weighing my words. Run away !
