Le Meuzinc - Tisch reservieren

We ate twice at Le Meuzinc whilst staying in a chambre d'hôte nearby. It had been recommended by our hosts and it proved to be good advice. It is a rustic auberge run by a very friendly patronne. The three course menu or two courses is good value. There is a choice of half a dozen local dishes for each course. Main courses which include a superb boeuf bourgignonne are all cooked to order and are substantial. There is an extensive wine list mostly from local growers in Nuits St Georges but, unusually including a Sauvignon from St Bris on the opposite bank from Chablis (the patronne's home town). Having eaten satisfactorily there the first evening, we returned and would do so again if staying...

my man and I fell in without reservation on Sunday night and after the hostess has made a quick look at their lists, she set us happy. we were very pleasantly surprised by our meals. I tried that I had never tried before and they were delicious! the presentation was beautiful, the service excellent and our meals were fantastic! my head was the duck conflict and my man had the bark bouruignon.

really great eating and service, typical local menu not fancy, but very nice with local ingredients. from the weinberg we visited was recommended.

rustic, well boiled food and modest but solid wine list. service friendly and welcoming. the Calvados decision at the end was not my best call.

absolutely beautiful place great, inexpensive eating in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the menu is particularly good, with for under euro.
