We have dinner in this starred restaurant of reims. Reservation in the morning. From the entrance a warm welcome is offered. We ate upstairs. dark but warm room. only 6 tables. impeccable service, discreet and competent. we took the menu at 55€ with a wide choice. each dish is a culinary discovery, very well presented, and hearty. the wine map is hallucinating, the amount of champagne proposed would turn its head, only flat, the very high price of the wines but we found one at 37€. dessert deserves a special mention for its originality and taste. for two covers, we spent €184 but it is widely deserved. at the beginning we were greeted by the leader, which is very pleasant. live in reims we w...
In the heart of reims, in a fully fledged land dedicated to the good and good wine, we found a splendid confirmation of this welcoming, formal and tasteful prelude. We ate on the menu and had the pleasure of tasting dishes with unforgettable flavours and creativity. We highly recommend you from the current summer map the fish and lobster alla marmitta, the smoked eel and the classic foie gras terrine of the house. Congratulations on the impeccable cooking and the balance of lamb tastes. However, everything is good and remarkable. a special mention to the sommelier who was able to advise us and accompany us in this pleasant evening, bringing us skill, smiles and sympathy!
This is a serious gastronomic restaurant, serving inventive dishes firmly rooted in the French classical tradition. Not only is the cooking delightfully sure-footed; the quantities are generous, and guests are spoiled with a whole variety of amuses-gueules, which show off the chef's talents. The service is impeccably formal and attentive. The wine list is vast, with bottles ranging from 30 euros to over a 1000. I cannot think of any restaurant where I have eaten better.

Und die darin angebotene gazpacho löst eine Geschacksexplosion aus. Abgerundet wird das Ganze von einem Service, der mit Humor und Herzlichkeit ein Ambiente aufbaut, das den sinnlichen Genuß der Speisen verstärkt. Allerdings sind die Champagnerkarte und die Weinkarte hochpreisig.

the place is apparently ordinary. the style, however, recalls the Japanese style (at least it was our impression) and, read in this key, it seemed pleasant overall.
