I’m surprised we didn’t catch the plague after being served beer that was not only cloudy and smelled bad but had huge lumps of crud floating in it but the vile drinks paled into insignificance compared to the rude, argumentative and aggressive proprietress. When we politely pointed out that there was something very wrong with the beer, she claimed it was from a new bottle of local beer and refused to accept there was anything wrong with it. I’ve seen sediment in a local beer before, but this looked like someone had vomited into the glass. She started shouting at us saying she was too busy to discuss it as she was cooking crepes, we said we’d wait until she’d finished but this made her shout...
My son and I ate there one day and the food was adequate. The signature dish-Crepe des Fees-lardons, tomate etc., was nowt special. We ate outside, fine if you like lots of noise and traffic in between the eating place. on the terrace, with a view of some water, and the resto. Like much of H/goat there are many English, like me. Bit like Blackpool; on the same side as the creperie was a small shop selling Nirvana, Beatles T-shirts [Not real ones of course! , and an ice cream bar, the Blue Owl which you must visit if open.
