"You couldn't make this up! It was so awful that one woman on a different table left with her children after three hours without food, telling the whole restaurant how disgusted she was in the process! And we had it even worse! Just as late food, wrong food, some had to be sent back, a fondue that wouldn't stay lit so the cheese congealed half way through... Even worse still, the manageress refused to believe that they had got our food order wrong (despite changing her mind several times over what it was that they'd served us)!
