En effet, entre l’accueil hautain du dirigeant, le traitement infect envers ses propres serveurs/serveuses et le mépris envers ses propres clients, ce n’est assurément pas un comportement qui donne envie de revenir dans cet établissement. D’autant plus, monsieur le directeur, veuillez noter que ne pas dire au revoir et merci à ses clients est relativement impoli.
