Le Morgan - Tisch resevieren

We enjoyed the terrific dinner at Le Morgan, on Friday night. Not too crowded, mostly local clientele. We enjoyed a large first course platter of mixed local Charcouterie an a salad (fresh local produce, which you can actually taste!).main course of suckling pig (excellent)for my wife and a terrific sliced and seared tuna for me, wrapped in Sesame seeds and seasoned with a basil/mint vinaigrette, We enjoyed the local red wine (slighly chilled)from Renuccci. Owner, Mathieu, is very gracious and loves to hang out with his dinner patrons and introducing them to each other. Very good restaurant. You are greeted with the smile, among others, by Maia (I hope that I have written it well) whose good mood and politeness have only its availability to your well-being. Aperitif.. Presentation of the fish order (by to discuss with to present the freshness well on), a well grilled wolf with a bisque risotto.. an additional advice makes you sprinkle with big salt with the nepita herbs of the maquis and c is a treat.. The dessert tray is copied ...c is very fresh and as a gift a liqueur of myth. Always with a smile. A very good evening

Great way to start an evening, this lounge is classy and exceptionally-well located in the old town (pick a seat by the rear windows, overlooking the sea).Our cocktails were great and service was good as well, we only wished our waitress would have suggested something to eat as we assumed they didn't serve food (until the table next to ours received their order and it smelled great.)

What a beautiful address in the center of the red island! Delicious! A beautiful room with a perfect welcome. Very rich and delicious dishes (food plate, sheep cheese donuts) and then really neat, filled with flavors, for a very reasonable price when you go the quality of products and cuisine. Just exceptional. Aside from the crowd in the large square, this restaurant has a very sophisticated decor. A pleasant and smiling staff, a singer with a powerful voice that gives you chills. As for the kitchen... unbelievable. Searched associations, fresh products of short quality we have feasted. Bravo to the cook

Beautiful evening that started with a welcome with a smile, good advice for the choice of wine. Lamb mice and St Peter's needles are delicious dishes. We choose dessert on presentation of cakes on a tray, convenient to see what dessert looks like...

Very pleasant visit to this establishment. Very nice boss and waitress and very good kitchen. Local dishes, fresh and especially homemade! Clean toilets and the restaurant is in good condition. Prices are high but reflect the good quality of food!
