we came to dinner and didn't know what to expect. there were about 50 of us and our hostes were very satisfied when they saw how satisfied we were with the table presentation. everything was exact and creepy. then the food arrived, what a leak we started with champagne and amuse bouche, then we had a cured salmon dish that was excellent. followed by a lamb bowl as I have never seen before before it was raised. we then had a mill feuille of rhubarb with mandeleis, followed by coffee and petit four and a small praline panacotta. a beautiful sunny Sunday, in good mood, 2 couples who know each other well. spending lunch at the mill table was a pure pleasure and nothing but happiness. good dishes, quality ingredients, a careful presentation, a taste, a personalized service: the backs know how to share their long experience and the quality of their establishment! We spent an afternoon of excellence, shared with the bosses after the service. life makes moments of grace that we must know how to appreciate. Thank you to our guests for all this.
