Nous avions dégusté le menu INSPIRATION au début de Juillet, nous l’avons choisi de nouveau il y a quelques jours et nous ne l’avons pas regretté , il était encore meilleur . Les ingrédients et les cuissons nous ont impressionnés , en particulier , le foie gras de Nontron fondant le pigeonneau un régal et la combinaison betterave/Manslois/ caviar . Le vin blanc du Minervois aux amis de ma soeur est assez souple pour s’adapter aux différents plats , mais il a un peu de mal à exister face à des plats très riches en saveurs variées . Il m’a semblé que le plateau de fromages était un peu plus diversifié , même s’il reste assez sage . Les desserts sont très fins mais pas bluffants . Comme d’habit...
This restaurant is just starred. For me it's not up to a star. Compared to the stars of my region in Aveyron, this restaurant is not up to date. Savors not necessarily wanted, presentation not worthy of a starry, dessert a very dry rice not good at all. A big flat to finish the meal. I'm not coming back.
a tasting menu with a beautiful sun outside, a moment oh how pleasant this Sunday. an apartment on the service that at the end was a stroke, the servers being more occupied by the removal of the tables than by the attention to the customers still in the room.
