Very nice restaurant with a fantastic location right next to a canal lock..free entertainment ! The portions varied quite a lot in size, the fish eaters having smaller pieces. One of our party had magret de canard and it was a very generous plateful ! I had half a lobster as a main though it was actually a starter and it was very good. No one had more than two courses and with a drink each, the bill for 6 came to 226€, so it’s not cheap. The food was very good and the staff extremely pleasant. Our only moan was service was very slow, we think the kitchen rather than the waiting staff.

Pas de champagne en apéritif mais un excellent crémant de Limoux qui subjuguerait plus d'un Rémois, moi le premier ! Un accompagnement tout en finesse, digne de ce nom. Plat principal : un turbot succulent, le tout servi avec un rosé du Domaine Sibille "Terre de Grès".Fabuleux repas, service impeccable ! Nous reviendrons même si la note nous a paru un peu élevée. Comme dit le dicton, "on n'a rien sans rien."
We enjoyed a lovely lunch of home made duck foie gras and chutney , and caramelised veal sweetbreads as starters followed by both of us having roasted scallops and porcini mushrooms We sat on the terrace enjoying superb food and combined with the cycle ride out from Carcassonne along the canal du midi made for a very special experience.
Turned up early for lunch and very glad we did! This restaurant was pumping for lunch. Michelin star in 2019 and still very much shooting for the stars! We had a thoroughly delicious meal timing was perfect for each course and highlight was definitely the oysters which you must try!
Cuisine à base de produits frais et mélanges de saveurs agréables aux papilles.Nous avons dîné en terrasse devant l'écluse de Tresbes. Personnel très prevenant, tables joliment décorées de brins de lavande...!Belle adresse à Tresbes et il y en a peu.!
Repas le 16 août au soir, cadre superbe, cuisine raffinée, service très professionnel, néanmoins pas de menu le soir, à la carte 55€ à 2 sans entrée ni boisson.... Un peu cher par rapport au contenu de l assiette...

We arrived to be seated outside on a beautiful autumn day. It was pleasing the same owners had survived the tough times. Excellent service and food and a very good winelist featuring local wines.
