The restaurant the Ninth Art Two Stars guide Michelin is an amazing surprise. For some time already we wanted with my husband to book for a dinner but the few notices about a sober interior with unapproached tables made us much hesitate. It is a personal appreciation. In reality, it is true that the place may seem a little cold at first but we are very soon taken away by an exemplary and warm service as well as by the flavors of the game entry. Die Gerichte sind geschmacklich sehr gefällig, die wenigen Zutaten gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Klassik und Moderne finden sich in großer Kochkunst wieder. Putting in the mouths, passing through the late meal mignardises was very good. Special mention for smoked poultry eggs, poached foie gras and shells! Of course everything else is, too. The only regret not having seen the chef at the end of the meal to exchange on the kitchen as well as a signature of the menu for this anniversary day

A solid 2-star. Very good experience from A to Z. Map of fortified wines. Excellent service. Mastery of exceptional dishes. And always looking for creativity like this bee wax cod. A beautiful address not to be missed in Lyon.
