When I was dinner in March, I loved the quality of the meal, the quality of the team was perfect! servers at the top! delicious meal! Everything was excellent. I remain dismayed (and it deserves no star) by the false plants! I'm sorry. I'm sorry, but we're not at flunch! with such a beautiful glass, how dare you put plastic alocasia!? Who's doing this? with your brightness there's nothing simpler than putting real plants, anyway! Is there the word palace in your name? No? I put stars just for the teams, and the meal, but I keep holding star for plastic plants! Have you looked at the other palaces around? (genève, chamonix, evian, aix les bains, annecy? real plants is a shame to put fake plan...
one night for the saint valentine of a magnificent setting! I've always loved this place. the rooms are sober and elegant, I would say almost a disappointing charm. we came there often for dinner, the welcome is always perfect, the restaurant and its sumptuous view on the lake, and then the service always mastered and perfect, neither too much nor not enough, I love these places where every customer counts, friendly and smiling staff. I have every time the privilege of eating a custom dish being vegan and gluten-free, and the pleasure of the eyes and the palet are renewed every time. a big thank you to the chief and all the staff
the palace is a magical place on the edges of the lake of the anancy with a breathtaking view. The welcome is warm. the beautiful and spacious room. On the other hand, we were unable to benefit from the spa in the renovation work. We would have liked to be notified before we arrived. another small apartment, working in the hotel causing some nuances in the morning. apart from this service is of quality worthy of a palace and these little worries will not prevent us from coming back. mr quentin
very nice experience in this hotel on the shores of the lake ofannecy. the rooms are beautiful with a view plunging into the waters of the lake. the hotel’s restaurant is very good and breakfast is really delicious! the spa has a beautiful view of the lake and must be really good in summer with open windows (small apartment on the sauna and very small ham)
We chose the Palace de Menton to celebrate our wedding anniversary as it's such a special place to spend time, even if just for a short break. It feels truly luxurious; the house scent, furnishings, amenities, service and savoir faire. The most wonderful feeling of being cocooned and cared for is somewhat priceless. Can't wait for the next time already!
Quiet hotel, lake view, easy access. Beautiful services with a downside for access to the swimming pool which requires an outdoor route. Pleasant in good weather but can be less so in winter! Good table including for breakfast. Our choice of room, made solely for sleeping, had a slightly high window but with a view of part of the lake! Good memory.
Very pleasant stay. Very attentive staff. Dinner at the delicious restaurant in a very pretty setting. Comfortable room. Charming and relaxing indoor spa pool. The only downside: the massage room is not adjacent to the wellness area and above all without a waiting room. Thank you to the entire palace team for their warm welcome.
