A mixed experience. The unusual (Malagasy) cuisine is better than the photographs in the menu would suggest. My partner had what she thought was an excellent punch and there were nuts put on the table which was just as well as the wait for the food can be a long one. For some reason, monsieur le patron was also chef whilst the lady we took to be his wife came and went without seeming to relieve the pressure he was under. It's a small restaurant with rather florid decoration and there were only ever 5 people in there. The music in the background was terrible and a small boy, a relative of the owners , sat at the table next to us and played a game on his console which was irritating. The food...
A choice varies, there is for all tastes. The atmosphere is good and the restaurant is clean. Everything is homemade with lots of flavors. The chief and his companion are very friendly. This is the kind of friendly little restaurant with very affordable prices or you eat well and or you want to come back! We can also have a drink and have a good night. I strongly advise you to go. I've already taken away all my friends and my family!
This food was incredible. It was the best coconut chicken I have ever had. You could tell all of the food we ordered was made from scratch on site. The owner was patient with us and explained all of the items on the menu. You definitely get more than your money’s worth. It was a great last meal for my vacation to France, I wish we had discovered this place sooner!
We had a very good night. The meal was very good and the boss was very nice. I recommend this restaurant to everyone and we can go close our eyes. I honestly didn't know what to expect coming to this restaurant, but I was blown away. The owner was kind and extremely helpful when we were choosing dishes. Each dish was expertly prepared and delicious. 10/10 recommend!
