Our last evening in Orange and we (rightly) decided on Le Parvis. The Mistral had thankfully dropped in intensity and sitting on the terrace was delightful. Orange is such a compact town, full of history and with style. Le Parvis is located on one end of a large metropolitan square directly facing La Post, over 100m away. The road is busy but the terrace is slightly raised and traffic noise was not a problem. I chose the €35, three-course menu and selected the Ceviche followed by the filet de bœuf concluding with 4 cheeses. We drank a local rosé followed by a 2016 Château de Bouchassy, Lirac.
