We disembarked from our cruise in Basel and had one night in Basel! Booked this hotel, great location! Wonderful friendly front desk girl kept our luggage till checking time and later checked us in! Very nice, very friendly and helpful! We were assigned ground floor rooms, not very VIP but good clean modern room and spacious bathroom! I had problem getting to WIFI, the guy st the front desk was completely unfriendly and obnoxious blaming my phone! Fortunately the first girl showed up, rebooted their system and all was well!
a very good meal buffet of hors d'oeuvre and a rich dessert or you use it and dish served at the table. I recommend without hesitation
Annick was extremely helpful and pleasant. The service and food was excellent. What an enjoyable evening. Would definitely recommend.
