Great place for a quick lunch on Place Bermon in the Upper Sartoux. Good reasonable food at an appropriate price; attentive and friendly service. It's really worth the detour. A tendency to be busy around noon, after 1:00, things stop most of the time. Parking nearby can be a problem. We found a place near the bus station, but it can sometimes be a little difficult.
Too long for service 40 minutes if you don’t have the ability to serve people who work quickly refused it would be better. The salmon I received yesterday was believed. I reported it to the server. No first and last return to this facility.

Quick service this noon, excellent reception as always. The meringue lemon pie has melted, reduced part by almost half but remains very good.
We had a good time because it's very good. So there was a lot of people waiting (between 12h and 14h) for the service.
Strangely 45 min to be served, even the waitress found this strange but apparently no worries it was normal, avoided.
