Restaurant discovered randomly during an exit on Challans. Small but well-appointed room with classic tables and high tables. Open room on the kitchen. The dishes are excellent, rich and organic. A limited choice of dishes and desserts hamburgers, salads, quiche vegan, chocolate mousse, tiramisu specoos/pommes, amandine pie.
