first I must say that the greeting was the excellent romain that the manager would not have been more friendly and attentive! the food was great, that is eating on a stone so that they can not expect to haute cuisine, but they can expect first-class. ingredients and unlimited extras including salad, baked kartoffel, pommes etc. the best was the veggie selection by far the best eating in the city for a vegetarian. forget to book and turn away from a series of restaurants that we stumbled on le paul. it was not busy and we were very tired not sure. but the waiter was nice and said we could share a cure of meat on which boiled. there's hot plate. it was delicious. chips and an salad, each with a common meat was perfect. not as everywhere. and also looks like a very nice hotel.
Lamentable service, always late for 45 minutes on the order, very clearly below the advertised classification. Meat is good during that. You will certainly find much better elsewhere in Val d’Isère
We had dinner with Paul tonight. Very neat presentation, delicious meats, perfect accompaniment and above all, impeccable service. Both waitresses are adorable and deserve five stars.
