Le Pavillon Gourmand

This is a review for the Traiteur the Boutique of the restaurant, where you can buy their wonderful local products. Came here for just a snack during lunchtime and ended up with a bag full of goodies. Had a sandwich first, you can choose...what kinds of meat, cheese and other stuffing you 'd like. All combined with good bread. Nice and fresh, great prices. Then we bought some of their wonderful products: Munster Cheese, Foie Gras and Eisbein/Jambonneau. Great quality, fantastic. Very tasty. I bet the restaurant is a winner as well (judged by the reviews it is), but if you are close to home or on the way home, then make sure to buy some of their products here.

such a wonderful experience. the service and eating were excellent. I'm not sure what happened since their last bad reviews, but our experience was just the opposite.....sensational gourmet food.... my partner and I are both amateur kitchens and in the rule need to spend a lot. money in france for good eating. we both ordered the 50 Euro menu and were so happy that we did. (michelin quality safe.) a really wonderful eating and enjoying wine. we are planning a return to the weekend in eguisheim to pamper us in the le pavillon gourmand.

cooking right but zero at service. tried to get from us more 22 euro about a bill of 85. no one word for sorry and no smille. MR.The cooker, you can not go far with this kind of service. for sure.regrettable.

Service wasn't perfect but the food was. The Eur38 menu was top quality with some seriously good food. You need to book but it's worth it.

Wonderful lunch, you your! the fish was perfectly prepared and the sorbet was delicious. highly recommended. we ate outside.
