Wonderful dinner, we have feasted... than surprises by the associations of flavors, of texture. Chef William Elliott has delighted us by working the Végétal with so much accuracy and greed. Thanks to the whole team for this sharing moment.

Professionals to the end of the nails, congratulations to staff and sommelier. Cuisine of course refined and excellent. Restaurant located in a mythical place even if for me the restaurant decoration could be improved rejuvenation)
