It wasn't a sorry spine! catastrophic desserts. The milk rice just unmangeable not cooked, the chocolate mousse was a sugar mousse with chocolate? The floating island was good. not really to say that from this kitchen come out dishes for 3 different restaurants including a gastronomic, bind the chef must ask himself questions...
a restaurant where we used to go to family a few years ago. and where we will not go! prices, compared to the more than mediocre quality of the kitchen, are excessive. 16€ a dozen salted snails, 21€ a piece of beef requested bleeding and served more than to point and without any seasoning, with for garnish a half tomato and two rounds of floury potatoes. with dessert, we get out with a note of over 90€ without drinking alcohol. Although the servers are not unpleasant, the service in itself leaves to be desired (many forgotten.)
Great presentation. lacks a little finesse in the dishes, no explosion of flavors about me, the friendly servers but not totally at the level, perfect. friendly but not unbelievable. We're on a gastro and not a star it smells, there are things to improve. reasonable quality price.
