Le Peche du Pilat sits in the centre of the village.The restaurant has a shady terrace, which is delightful when there aren't smokers around.Menus start at €15.50 and €26.50 gets you a first class meal. The food is prepared by a chef with talent, delicious and beautifully presented.On the €26.50 menu we got an ambushed bouche of puréed beetroot mixed with smoked salmon which as excellent. Very long waiting, almost endless, but, in the end, what a treat! Menu at 32 or 37 with cheeses, country wines roasted coast,st joseph,viognier... Sold at the fair price. Choosing the map finally for frogs, Camerone and tasteful desserts whisky chocolate hull, dessert house delight of Pilat. Very correct addition for a semi gastro. Moreover the medieval village of malleval is very pleasant to visit, especially after the meal Go there! But reserve in advance for noon!
Well cooked but problem in the entries that integrate all of the cheese (many people don't like it), the only one can take is the foie gras, so extra 7€ on a menu at 37€ without cheese, that's a lot! We are at 44€ per person... the desserts not up to the final note; and all this on Sunday on a bistro table, without a table... Too bad, we have to improve to bring back the customers!!!
