passing on Saint quentin we chose to lunch at the recommended restaurant the little chef on the place of the city hotel. are arrive at around 12h few people aperitif ordered and the choice of dishes and 3/4 h later order arrives at table but opss they forgot the entrance the string picarde. disappointed we had to wait for a while....to have our homemade string ... I admit delicious the fries suite too cooked some burned ... so fries salads too much oil left in the plate for a first it goes less well. Too bad... the comments were not bad and it happened on us....I don't give a negative opinion. but I'm not going back...
A little disappointed. the place is not big enough to accommodate so many tables. it is not pleasant to hear our neighbours from right and left as if they were in our conversation. the dishes are worked, the black risotto square was good but the dish between side and fries was not seasoned, the planned leather sauce was successful but the whole dish remained the overall average. The fries were too big. desserts were good even if the cream burned would have deserved a few seconds more cooking. However, the service remained of quality. waiters and waitresses smiled and loved.
small façade for a large restaurant inside. tasty dishes with fresh products and map that changes its dishes according to the arrivals I think very kind server and very warm setting. Second time we return and still not disappointed. excellent gourmet coffee we will come back well on.

Slate is really a very good presentation. The dishes are delicate and it is a treat. The welcome is friendly. We enjoyed this relaxation and kindness. A great bravo to the whole team.
good restaurant, dishes are fresh, no frozen products, nice decor. lack of intimidation, online tables with a large bench is the negative point!...
good value quality price for this establishment. friendly staff. And we ate well. Thank you and see you soon.
