During our roughly 3 week trip to France, this was out worst meal. My mackerel appetizer was chewy and I had to spit out some pieces. I asked for my duck entree medium well, but it was undercooked. My wife's dinner was terrible. The chicken was served cold. The French fries looked very brown/black like they were over cooked. However they were also cold. We think her meal was left over from lunch and reserved. The waitress never came by while we were actually eating, so we couldn't complain. This is a place to be avoided
Dinner was good ! I had the duck and the prawns as a starter. Service started out great because we were almost the first ones seated. Things got slower and slower because staff was short … they were serving a lot of tables and working hard. It’s a nice restaurant and the food was good.
Of all the places we ate at during our week long stay in Bayeux, this was the only restaurant we went to more than once it was outstanding! The portions were larger than I expected and the flavor combinations were unique. Highly recommended!
Now we visited only 2 others but Acte 2 was excellent. We had the chicken supreme, mashed potatoes, green beans and loved it. The place had friendly service, nice wine, pleasant atmosphere.
