Despite a very small wolf at the beginning, probably due to an internal communication problem, and by the way, quickly resolved by the boss, we were greeted with attention, and treated by the sommelier, competent and attentive! The meal was perfect with an elaborate kitchen, a presentation studied from the foie gras, which had nothing to do with the classic slice any usual beast, with fresh and light dessert, and the decline around the lobster.
