Was tempted by the 22.90 euros menu, which happened to be correct value. Oysters were fresh, mussels good, wine ok. Service on the other hand was almost nonexistant. My interaction with a waitress was literally limited to around 10 words not to mention, that I...was asked whether I'm ready to order within 15 seconds after sitting down. Same robotic attitude was reserved to other customers: order, eat, pay and leave without so little as a smile. Maybe it can be explained by the fact that there were a lot of clients and only two waiters, explained but not excused obviously. Hire more people then. We chose this restaurant as it offered a 9.9 euro 2 course child menu and typical French cuisine that you will find in Cancale port, where the choice is as wide as the harbour. So we had the 13.90 lunchtime menu ,fish soup which was...tasty and came with all the nice bits, followed by a healthy serving of moules and hand cut frites, half bottle of muscadet and a draft beer. Our daughter had what a can only describe as Michelin style petit fish with rice , being six and faced with a well presented dish in a sauce that only adults would relish we were worried, but she happily devoured it and the ice cream to follow .. it’s nice to know that you can take a chance eat the food you like and keep...
This is a fantastic restaurant right by the sea with a delicious menu that offers for everyone (fish and meat). The children's menu is fantastic (good choice of meat and fish, rice or chips) and the set menus are a good value for money. The service is exceptionally good, especially for French standards. Staff are extremely attentive and are super fast in their waiting skills. We all loved the special touch of a delicious pear **** we received on the house! We were a party of 5 adults, 4 children and a big dog, this was no problem (not like some other restaurants in Cancale who prefer to reject large groups). A huge recommendation, but recommend booking before time.
in the light of the opinions, we entered this establishment with confidence. the result was average. personal that is done (we can't blame them for it), but we spent all the meal without water (carafe claimed twice without success, I went to take one on the counter at the end). the quality of the products is medium. 8res without flavors (ok, August is not a month in r), melting mussels (too cooked to our taste), suitable yet unsealed yellow place. In terms of the service, we did not test desserts.May be one day without? We can't be good all the time.

Very busy area, they found us a table. We ordered shells marinated and shells Thai, with coconut milk and curry, they were really fun and delicious. We had ordered another dish that had to be canceled because the portions are humiliated! Service was... good and pretty fast. Tables are very close to each other. The paid parking is a walk away. Good price for money
I was there once and had a crab and some fish. Food was good as well as the service but my forks and glass looked like they were slightly rinsed with water, that's all. The forks had clear marks of food, the glass had lips marks all around its edge, so I had to use alcohol swabs to clean everything.
ordered menus, only the first part arrived. for the second (coughs dish), the wait extended beyondmodo. we had to pay the bill by paying the single plates so far. nothing of particular how much eaten. very slow service. apart from the waitress upstairs, rude staff. to avoid.
Very fresh seafood. I lived in Brittany for 20years and cancale is simply the best for seafood. I now miss it here in Australia. Can’t wait to visit again. Lovely staff. Had a great evening

ratio quality price very correct. fried mussels in large quantity and very good. The fisherman's plate delighted my husband. upstairs view is pretty and the frame is sober but effective.
We chose this restaurant by chance and it was a good surprise. The service was fast, the value/price ratio of the menu was very good.
