For once making a synthesis is easy, it holds in a word: perfection. The staff is discreet, attentive and available at any time. A special mention to the mixologist who made us discover the cocktail of his invention with a lot of passion. The two gastro and bistro restaurants present two very different universes but we share a refined and inventive cuisine that has delighted our taste buds. The sommelier has offered us some surprising met wines but o how much so. The rooms are spacious and still with taste, the natural setting is splendid. Everything is here reunited to spend a few days of relaxation or refinement and elegance will be at the rendezvous.
While saying from our experience, arrive for the noon we had a wonderful lunch, very pleasant staff! The room was prepared before the check in 15h! For once a hotel makes an effort! Our experience at the spa was perfect in any way, therapists listened to us and the treatments were simply PARFAIT. The hotel's setting is relaxing, with lots of romantic little corners. The only negative point is the valet reception, bagagists that should be a little more present.
our dinner last night at the chef's table was a real pleasure to taste and share with the friendly chef and zen xavier mathieu, mix of soft and light flavors in the mouth, a dared bet on old redesigned recipes, while keeping the taste of the old. a beautiful blown through a fresh ice. the dishes of mr mathieu are at its shared moment, a great thank you.
