Wir waren zum ersten Mal im „Le Pitey“ und haben bereits wieder für die Folgende Woche reserviert. Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem sehr schönen und grünen Garten. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Nach der Vorspeise, die einen probierten die Austern, die anderen probierten die Tapas, gab es für die einen den Kabeliau mit Lachs und für die anderen das Angus Filet mit Fois gras. Spitzenklasse war auch das Limioncello-Soufflée. Auch die Weinkarte ist bemerkenswert: Nach einem weissen Chateau Carbonnieux hatten wir einen Chateau Durfort-Vivens 2008. Ausgezeichnet! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Dinner with family last night. As usual, it was very good. surprise menu exquisite. and as always an exceptional dessert. Congratulations, certainly one of the best restaurants in the region. when you see the menu price relative to what is proposed at the basin edge. not really the same kitchen and cheaper, don't hesitate to discover this place, the more staff that is always the same is charming.
