all staff is very pleasant. very clean rooms. very good bedding, however, too much carpet (bedrooms and corridors). location impecc to visit carcassonne and surroundings. heated pool. redhibitory point: we had reserved a family room that was under the roofs in what seems to be a continuation of the main building, and our window was facing. walls in quinconce!! for one night still passes but we were there for nights. we told them of our surprise as to the view' in the price of the room, but no commercial gesture on the bill. Too bad.
a staff with small care and absolute kindness. a large park well maintained. spacious and clean rooms. mini flats, the size of the tv screen but we're not here for that and there's also a courtesy tray in the room. the menu of the restaurant is perfect, with fresh products and served by a staff at the top.
