we have joined friends who have made a cure of Thalasso therapy here in the hotel des bains for dinner, that is the hotel restaurant. the young staff was very friendly, but the dining room was overdue, and the quality of the kitchen was very disappointing. our fish. were overcooked and everything was terrible under the season. the very limited wine list is also overpriced. in any case it is not worth a meal during a trip to Cabourg.
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights last week at the hotel and ate in the restaurant on both nights - the quality of the food, presentation and taste was excellent. On both occasions we had the €49 menu with one supplement for the lobster of €15 , this seemed to us to have the best value as the main course and with starter or dessert came to nearly €49 so why not have the 3 courses!! Service was friendly.

Really nice restaurant with attached bar and full windows to the beach. Attentive wait staff but best feature is the fixed-price menu that are very good value for money. Far too expensive for quality/quantity/service! That's the only thing I can tell you about. Just prefer walking 10 minutes to the city center where there are restaurants much more good and nice for same price even less expensive.

good food and nice selection of wines. friendly and super fast service. a bit expensive but. if they can afford it, it's worth it. I recommend the plate de fruits de mer!
