Friendly staff and good advice; He knows what he's serving, and it's good to see the room know his kitchen. For 37€ per person the first menu is an unbeatable value for a star! The dishes are harmonious, crunchy, salty... The taste is very well mixed in the mouth, be it amuse-gulls, entry, dish or dessert.
