We were invited here for lunch by our French colleague and it was really good. The starter was scallops with Porcini mushroom and the scallops retains the sea salt freshness. Mushroom was fresh and yet not over powering. The highlight is the fish. We had 1x sea bass... big ones! And 1x Saint Peter. It was perfectly grilled and skins was perfect. They cut it up and plate it up in front of u. Fish freshness is guaranteed. There were 5 of us and it was more than enough... we paid it with a white wine and what a perfect lunch. I shared a pic with Eric of how we Chinese prepare the sea bass (steam it and drizzled with cooked soy source sesame oil) he was very interested. Maybe he will think of a...
