What an amazing restaurant, recommended by our Logis hotel hostess as they were closed and I'm so grateful for that! Wonderful amuse bouche, crispy spicy fried bread straws, the most amazing crab ravioli , followed by Maigre de ligne, Asperges et Petits Légumes(Monkfish and veg) but what amazing flavours and quality. Add a half bottle of red and you have perfection It was the night I died and went to heaven gastronomically speaking!
This is an excellent restaurant. We lunched at a table outside in a quiet street, surrounded by flowers (Beaugency is a 3 star Ville Fleuri). Everything we ate duck ravioli, marinated trout, beef steak and seafood risotto was well prepared, beautifully presented and efficiently served with a smile. The Reuilly red wine complemented the meal perfectly. A superb meal, one of the highlights of our holiday.
This is a very good restaurant. Lovely food which was beautifully presented. and great attention to detail. We had the 35 euro menu which is 2 courses plus amuse bouche etc. Immaculate service as well. In addition, although it wasn't relevant for us,if this is important to you, the lady serving us spoke fluent English. Ignore the bad review from last year-this was a memorable meal.
My work colleague had made a reservation for this restaurant as she told me it was very nice place to eat. Its located in the lovely picturesque town of Beaugency. Its roomy and well laid out. Service is as expected from a michelin star restaurant. Food was very nice!
