Make sure you sit at the right table so you can see the menu written on the blackboard. Otherwise take a photo and try to decipher the various menu options.The food is pretty basic, all the starters came straight out of the fridge. The terrine was delicious and the salads pretty solid.Mains were good, especially the onglet steak.Dessert was again solid. So all in all a good choice for a quick lunch as service is super efficient.
Perfect for lunch when you head out for a visit of Limoges. Price-quality just top on! Park your car at La Motte, take a tour at La maison traditionelle de boucherie in the old quarter of the boucherie and then go for lunch at the back of Les Halles in this tiny bistrot. We loved Limoges.
We enjoyed a great lunch here along with the City workers. Service was very good and really enjoyed the steak and chips. Atmosphere was very authentic. We will definatley return when in Limoges again.
