15 août oblige, d'après la serveuse, menu "imposé"Choix entre 2 entrées Choix entre 2 plats Salade Auvergnate : pas mal sans plusCoq au vin : moyen, viande dure ! Jamais vu du poulet dur (j'ai pas dit : ferme, j'ai bien dit dur) à ce point....On mange facilement mieux en semaine en repas ouvrier... et pour 12 à 13,50 €Même le 15 août ça ne vaut surtout pas le prix payé. Resto de dépannage, quand il n'y a pas de place ailleurs. Je ne referais certainement pas le détour. Ps : le patron je pense, sert 2 assiettes de coq au vin, et se lèche très vulgairement les doigts en retournant en cuisine. Toujours cette même personne sert des connaissances avec du saucisson à l'apéro . Moi je ne le connais...
An unexpected Restaurant, with a very happy atmosphere in an out of the way village. I arrived unbooked after a long walk. I was told politely that the restaurant was full, which it certainly was, but then a space was found at a banquette and I was served an excellent lunch from a Fr 20 prix fixee menu; I could have had a cheaper one (Fr 14). Despite the restaurant being full, I was served promptly and did not have to wait. I should like to go again, but would book first as it is clearly popular; not surprising as it offers excellent value.
What a surprise to find at the end of the Auvergne such a pleasant restaurant!!! Congratulations to Jean-Baptiste the chef and new manager of the Puy d'alou. Everything was together to allow us to spend an excellent evening. warm welcome and excellent cuisine in a setting that encourages relaxation. again thanks to the baptist jeans and nathalia we will return with pleasure.
We have found by chance the restaurant held by jb for about 2 months. very friendly, hearty menu and quality. We appreciated the commitment and determination of jb to provide advice. Still bravo for this great moment and these high quality dishes.

very good restaurant where the kitchen is made home, very pleasant very good reception. The well-designed decoration.Congratulations to the dynamic and motivated young chef and to the very dedicated waitress. Don't change anything.
the reception is quite limited, the waitress has difficulty taking the order ( surely novice), many flies, unsuccessful reservations (just limit)While ... not very good at all.
we spent a nice time in this place full of simplicity and well-received conviviality and or we had a simple but good lunch, products from the region,fresh and well-operated.
Accueil chaleureux et prévenant.Excellent rapport qualité/prix.Repas très copieux avec les recettes auvergnate. Nous avons passé un très moment.
