Very pleasant restaurant in a friendly setting. The staff is listening and very professional. The products are fresh from short circuits honoring our local producers. The menus change every week, and the creations of the chefs are always surprising and sweating as much in presentation on plate as in tastes and textures. We spent a very pleasant time in your hotel. Truly exceptional dinner, with fresh, highly inventive dishes prepared in a modern way. First rate four grad terrine, filet of roe deer and opera cake were avant-garde in presentation but still relevant. Service impeccable and we highly recommend. We went as a couple with our 6 month old and she was not fussy but we were still a little nervous as it was late in the evening for her. She was made to feel welcome and we felt relaxed and able to take care of her without feeling judged. If you are a young family with children who you wish to teach gastronomic dining to this is a good place to come.
Superb restaurant in the heart of Colmar. I recommend this establishment for the quality of their dishes and products carefully chosen, both for the reception, sympathy and professionalism of the staff. We have chosen the menus offered with the wines accompanying each dishes. Nothing to say, except that it was delicious. The setting was nice and warm, we were with my companion, on the terrace, a quiet and beautifully bloomed place. This restaurant is undoubtedly a must-see address in Colmar. I recommend 1000%. Thanks to the whole team!
Evening among colleagues in this restaurant I discover, as well as the city... We go to the menu accompanied by wines. The selection is really nice and the choices are well thought out... I'm just gonna make a comment related to my preferences because I don't mix sugar and fat... gewurtz and foie gras. Everything goes well and the service is pleasant and all the staff is careless! In short a big evening that deserves a return here with Madame! Last point... I totally blew the picture of the main dish! Mesa culpa!

We came several times in this restaurant, and we were never disappointed. Whether it is the setting, comfort, service or, of course, dishes; Everything is perfectly at our convenience! We like to come here a lot, and we highly recommend this restaurant. The waiters and the manager of the establishment are very pleasant, which can only highlight the very good work done by the kitchen team.
Very nice time spent at the dock 21, excellent menu, perfect quantity (see even a little too much for my companion who was content with the duo/plat entrance. Friendly and friendly staff, beautiful setting, after a rainy day, it was perfect! Thank you and good continuation! Best wishes for 2022 and change nothing!
