Situation, castle features, moat, portraits hanging in the galleries, the beautifully kept gardens. The whole place oozed tranquility on the outside and history on the inside
This is an excellent spot (if you find it) for lunch before or after visiting the Chateau of Bussy-Rabutin. it may well be the only spot near there.
Had the exquisite chicken with epoisses sauce for lunch (was a Saturday), and will definitely return to repeat the experience!
The manager accommodated my husband's celiac needs including gluten-free dessert! Gazpacho was wonderful.
