Le Raj - Tisch reservieren

I have been a customer of Le Raj for many years, and tonight at 7:00pm I ordered a curry for delivery. The estimated time was 45 to 75 minutes, so I expected the food by 8:30pm at the latest. After calling the takeaway at 9pm, I was informed that the food would be ready in a couple of minutes due to them being extremely busy, although this information was not on their website. The food finally arrived 10 minutes later, and to my disappointment, it was awful. The food was cold, drenched in oil, and the onion bhajis were rock hard. Usually fantastic as my previous reviews will attest, however, tonight's meal did not meet their usual high standard. The saag paneer was inedible, the chips were subpar, and my wife and daughter noted that the poppadoms did not seem fresh. The main dishes, such as the chicken tikka and nan, were excellent. When I called to voice my concerns, the delivery person was unable to assist and I had to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager directed me to contact Just Eat for a refund, which I found to be bothersome and not worth the effort. I am hopeful that this was just a one-time occurrence. Honestly, I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and ownership of the issue.

I have been a customer of this takeout restaurant for over 10 years. However, within the past year or so, there is always something missing from our orders. When we call to inquire about it, we are simply told that there's nothing that can be done. Our orders typically range between £30-£50 for a family meal, and we also pay a delivery fee on top of that. It's disappointing because the food is usually delicious, but we have decided that we will no longer be using their services.

Working away and ate here first night, was very ill next day, followed by gastroenteritis and extremely ill ending in hospital. DO NOT RISK YOURSELF! DISGUSTING PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN REPORTED OFFICIALLY

the food is on time, fresh, fragrant and spicy...mouth watering actually...my wife is a vegatarian they fall over backwards to offer her dishes
