We were able to test the signature menu as part of our stay at the hotel and the spa. The different choices offered allow you to satisfy all tastes. The 5-course menu was copied although slightly too traditional in my sense. The flavor associations are good even if they are classic. Overall, there is a very good menu. Cocktails are as good as they are expensive. As for the quality of the service, it is not necessarily at the meeting, the servers are very stressed and speak with each other of the organization of the room next to the customers. It's not very pleasant.

welcome and warm service hot kitchen: crispy shrimps in the entrance and poultry of alsace accompanied by a celery and hazel risotto: very good and for my husband:fining the slices of red tuna and an angus beef rib served with mushrooms, trouts and a very good purée house are well served, we ate on the map.€
Restaurant at the height of the property of Hotel Park. Everything was excellent, with an extraordinary finesse, we enjoyed it from beginning to end. Unlike the ideas received from the gastronomic cuisine, we came out of there. Service and staff very well.
