Pretty dirty. pleasant and listening staff. We stayed at the hotel and had dinner there for one night. We ate on the map. My husband took a ward, she was a copyy and very good. I was not lucky I wanted to take the fish in the croute (salt I didn't know it) and unfortunately it was very salty. the young girl who took care of us immediately exchanged me but there again was dry and salty. When I set the bill I asked if it was possible to make a move and they offered us the aperitif. it would have been nice to propose it directly to us.
Restaurant Decor is very smart and modern. Staff friendly and pleasant. A long waiting period before we were asked for our drinks order and food menus came a while later. It seemed a long break between the service. Sunday lunch menu was a good choice. Food served with style and was not great portions very delicious. Drinks were expensive. Would recommend and we will return.
first discovery of this restaurant as part of a business dinner, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of this establishment! The dishes are very elaborate, refined and tasteful to wish! the service might be to optimize, but in any case the general impression is very pleasant and I'm already decided to return it as soon as possible!to advise and test!
the restaurant is very pleasant and the refined decor. service is well done and servers are very pro. The kitchen is very good and the dishes are quite refined, but there are typical alsatian dishes on the menu. the chef has adapted the dishes of the half board package as we have stayed several days.

pass to colmar with a smartbox spa and well-being, our choice stopped on the europe hotel and we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant...What good idea, week menu at very correct rate, the dishes are very good, the right cooking and the service is impeccable!
the restaurant is located within the hotel of the same name, it offers menus for a very pleasant price, the dishes are good and served in sufficient quantity. service is very good and they adapt to a little special requests for children.
Nice surroundings, but without delicious food. Four meals and all was cold, burned potato, raw stuffed tacos side dish with prawn. I propose to think over Michelin recommendation for the restaurant.
Three course meal with a bottle of wine and coffees for two cost 135 Euro. It was well worth it. The food was wonderful, service was good and wine was excellent...

meals shipped in 1 hour (mouth, flat and dessert)! but the meal is good ... not hearty but fine!
Tasteful menu, served with fresh and quality products. Staff are competent. Very good time.
