The woman is in service and the husband is in the kitchen. I only saw the boss. Choosing randomly... that actually does good things! Warm welcome, and quality of dishes and desserts that justifies more than widely the wait (very light) that was announced to us on arrival. Very good experience to renew as soon as possible.
